**Te Whiwhinga mahi - The Opportunity Technical Property Specialist**

**Key Tasks will include**:

- Removal of Building Line Restrictions;
- Removal of Limitations as to Parcel;
- Road Encroachment approvals; and
- Road Stopping approvals.
- Providing a quality customer service experience to the general public for enquiries within the team's areas of expertise.
- Providing quality technical property advice to AT's internal teams, CCOs and the public with regard to AT's policies and guidelines and applicable statutory processes.
- Engaging and managing external consultants and professionals such as lawyers, valuers, surveyors and LINZ consultants.

**Ko koe tēnei | About you**
- Tertiary qualification in property, planning, law or a related discipline or recent study.
- 5+ years of experience in property and/or planning including leasing, licensing and property transactions.
- Experience in Local Government Act, Public Works Act and other statutory and public sector processes.
- Experience with Landonline and knowledge of e-dealing, searching records of title, spatial searching, encumbrances and registered interests. This would be beneficial but not necessary.
