We are now looking for an energetic Breakfast Supervisor to join our team.

**The Role**
- The running of the breakfast shift and supervision of staff.
- Preparing the restaurant for lunch and running the lunch shift.
- Allocation of dinner dining locations and dinner pre-orders to include the various dietary requirements

**What we’re looking for**
- Experience within a hotel or serviced apartments
- Flair for organisation with high attention to detail
- Impeccable presentation
- Outstanding guest relations and communication skills
