We are currently looking for Full time Assistant Manager/Shift Supervisor for our Hell Pizza store located at Dinsdale. You will be responsible for assisting in maintaining a positive environment, which provides fast, efficient, and friendly service ensuring a quality experience.

We pay market leading pay rates $27 to $30 depending on experience. You will be working minimum 30 hours per week. You must have experience in pizza industry. You must work on weekends, public holidays. Full training will be provided to inexperienced team members.

**Principle Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Take full responsibility of the shift in terms of management of production and quality targets and to ensure the smooth running of the production processes
- Take full responsibility for the quality and product that is produced within the shift in line with the companies quality systems, processes, and procedures
- Ensuring that the store maintains customer service standards
- Administer over retail objectives for the store by making all possible improvements in customer service, operating plans, and advertising strategies
- Ensures all cash handling procedures are upheld and accountable for store funds while running a shift
- Prepare roster in advance
- Order stock as per requirement
- Solve customer complaints
- Deal with head office staff for further assistance
- Friendly, helpful and keen to engage with customers
- Organized and efficient
- Problem solver
- Strong leadership and have a positive influencer
