**What will you be doing?**

Reporting directly to our Senior Marketing Manager - Automation Lead, you will contribute to the success of Tower by working as part of the marketing team developing and implementing digital and data-centric communications that achieve business, brand, and customer outcomes.

You can expect to be involved across a variety of areas including:

- Manage operational customer documents and communications, including liaising with external mail houses.
- Manage delivery of regular campaign reports and analyse performance and data.
- Work with teams across Tower to deliver communications and collateral to achieve sales and customer outcomes.

**What you'll need**

You are a strong team player who enjoys working collaboratively. You will bring your experience to help uplift our marketing and customer communications.

**To be successful in this role, you will also be able to demonstrate the following**:

- 3+ years' experience in a structured marketing environment.
- Experience delivering automated direct to customer communications
- Strong data analysis / reporting skills (including experience with providing Excel reports).
- Strong communication and well-developed relationship management skills.

- Experience with Acoustic would be an added bonus.
- Experience using a tag management system would be a plus.
