**About the role**:
We are on the lookout for a highly motivated and enthusiastic **Workshop Manager**.

**Responsibilities**:

- To manage and direct the day-to-day work of the service team to ensure that work is carried out in a professional and timely manner
- Provide workshop and remote technical support to the service team as required
- Be responsive as the first point of contact for clients management and your team including some after hours support
- Confidently connect with and nurture your team by providing ongoing leadership to inspire and motivate
- Set clear performance objectives and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to maximize team efficiency and individual development
- Ensures that the service team is recruited inducted trained motivated managed and exited in accordance with company policy
- Develop and implement internal and external customer service strategies to enhance overall customer experience
- Identify areas for improvement throughout the service department and implement appropriate action plans
- Consistently and actively promote and always abides by the company Health and Safety policy

**Requirements**:

- Trade qualification of Level 4 or higher International qualification is accepted
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a relevant sector
- Excellent leadership communication and customer service skills
- Posses strong customer service communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to liaise and interact with all levels of staff and management
- A positive and outward approach to others with the ability to contribute to creating a positive team environment
- Analytical well-organised structured and outcomes-focused
- Self-motivated with a good work ethic
- Intermediate computer skills - Microsoft Office and system savvy
