**To be successful in this role, you will have**:
Reporting to the Director, we are seeking a Workshop Manager who will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all activities related to the maintenance repair, and servicing. This role involves managing a team of skilled technicians, ensuring the efficient and safe operation of the workshop, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.
**Key responsibilities include**
- planning and scheduling maintenance tasks, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
- Additionally, they liaise with clients to understand their needs, provide technical advice, and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential in this role.
**About You**:
- Relevant Level 4 Qualification or no less than 3 years experience
- A good understanding of mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems
- Valid NZ driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to work to a high standard with mínimal supervisio
