**Contracts & Partnerships Lead**

We are currently seeking a new kaimahi to join our Funding and Contracting team as a Contract and Partnerships Lead. In this fulltime mahi, you will lead out the negotiation and management of a case load of service contracts under a ‘contract for outcomes’ approach, and maintain meaningful engagements with a range of funders under a Partnership model to bring to effect the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
- Collaboration is key to this role to support the successful delivery of whanau led programmes across the areas of Health, Housing, Education, Justice and Social Services. You will become a pillar of a well-connected, hardworking team, operating from our head office in Henderson. A confident communicator, you will engage with practitioners at all levels both internally and externally, in a manner that enhances mana and embodies a Whānau Ora approach.
- This is a strategic role that will have you working across a range of industries for a hugely meaningful kaupapa. Need not worry, you will be supported by a highly intelligent workforce that exemplifies what it means to be ‘Proud to be Māori’.**Your Skills & Experience.**
- Strong commitment to Te Reo me ngā Tikanga Māori.
- Tertiary degree or an equivalent qualification required.
- Experience working for the advancement of Māori.
- Confident communicator in English and ideally Te Reo Maori.
- Excellent writing, reporting, organizing, and planning skills.
- Agile and collaborative working approach will be required.
