Youll be working with us as part of our nationwide team to maintain our trusted reputation for providing kids with a quality-focused, nurturing home away from home in our out-of-school care and holiday programmes. We are proven and established leaders in the industry having inspired Kiwi kids through over 4 million booked sessions since 2007.
This is a permanent weekday role for 40 hours per week. As a Kelly Club Regional Manager in Wellington and up to Palmerston North, youll be provided with all the training and support to be the best you. A company vehicle will be provided, along with a mobile phone, laptop and printer.
Regional Managers support our Programme Coordinators in their roles for programme delivery within schools, as well as developing strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Youll work in a team as passionate as you are to ultimately see Kiwi kids thrive, be active, stay healthy and get inspired through our fun-filled holiday programmes and out-of-school care sessions.
In this role you will:
- Ensure kids are cared for and have fun at our programmes
- Build relationships with key stakeholders, Programme Coordinators and casual staff
- Recruit, employ and train team members
- Lead your own team and grow your own leadership skills
- Be self motivated, have strong administration skills and time management
- Company vehicle to travel to our programmes in Wellington and Palmerston North
