**Mō te tūnga | About the role**
The Information Management Adviser’s role is to facilitate and manage the operation of the electronic document management system, the residual records management functions including filing and archiving in line with the Public Records Act 2005. They will play a key role in providing quality customer service and developing accompanying systems and processes so our users are empowered by IM.
This position is a** twelve month fixed term project backfill role** - if you’re focused on aligning compliance activities with great customer service outcomes and empowering our people we want to hear from you
**Mōu | About you**
We like to set people up for success so you’ll be a leading applicant if you have:
- A growth mindset
- A tertiary qualification in Information Management or a field that is relevant to the specialisation of this role is required
- At least 2 years’ experience in Information Management ideally within the public sector
- Experience in being the IM champion for an organisation
- Have technical and practical proficiency and competency relevant to this role’s specialisation
