**The role**

As Customer Connections Specialist, you’ll provide a central point of contact for customers, retailers and service providers requiring a new electricity supply, gas supply or distributed generation.

You’ll carry out assessments for requests, and manage all queries, issues and follow-ups that arise throughout their life cycle.

In this role, you’ll benefit from gaining a valuable and broad foundation of understanding in electricity, gas and distributed generation, which can present opportunities for you in whichever direction you may want your Vector career to go

**Who are we looking for?**

We envisage you’ll have:

- A track record of providing an exceptional customer experience
- A proactive, customer-focused attitude, coupled with strong problem-solving skills
- Previous administrative/coordinator experience
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal, with a calm and professional demeanour.
