**About the Role**
As ACN, you'll support the Charge Nurse in leading the Orthopaedic Ward, ensuring safe, effective, and culturally responsive care. You'll provide clinical leadership, manage patient flow, support quality improvement initiatives, and mentor nursing staff. This is a senior nursing role with influence across the service and wider organisation

**About You**
- We're looking for someone who:
- Is a Registered Nurse with a current NZ Annual Practising Certificate
- Has a minimum of 5 years post-registration nursing experience
- Is working towards or has completed a Postgraduate Diploma
- Is progressing toward Expert Level (4) PDRP
- Has completed Treaty of Waitangi and Cultural Responsiveness training
- Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills
- Working at Health New Zealand
