**About the Role**

Our Neonatal unit is a 14 bed, level 2 unit.

We are looking for a dedicated **Associate Charge Nurse** to support the Charge Nurse in delivering high-quality, safe, whānau-centred care in our Neonatal Unit. This is a temporary 0.9FTE role for up to one year covering parental leave.

**About you**

You will bring:

- A current NZ Annual Practising Certificate
- At least **5 years' neonatal nursing experience**:

- Leadership skills and a strong customer focus
- A commitment to equity, cultural responsiveness, and Te Tiriti o Waitangi
