**The role**

This role work within the marketing automation squad (alongside direct marketing and marketing data analysts) to collaboratively design and deliver direct communications to customers via our owned digital channels primarily via the website, eDM, SMS Programs and Authenticated channels.

You will provide specialist digital content and system management to the Digital Marketing and the wider marketing teams.

**In this role you will be responsible for**:

- Working closely with our Data & Analytics and Marketing team to produce succinct marketing automation conversations.
- Use Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to build, test and deploy channel specific messages
- Create and maintain ongoing, automated campaign programmes
- Create SMS programs
- Comfortable editing basic XML
- Pull reports and insights
- Build, test and maintain web forms

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
