You may have a wealth of experience within a similar position or industry, but if you are driven and committed then we will have no hesitation in training you to be the best you can be

**Position**: Operations Supervisor

**Location**: Sulphur Point, Tauranga

**Hours**: 6.00am-4.00pm Monday - Friday and 6.00am-12.00pm Saturdays as required

**What You’ll Do**

You will be working within a challenging and fast paced role, you will be a vital team member, providing significant support and coordination of depot workflow, customer service to the clients and assist with hands-on operations support reporting into the Depot Management Team. This position requires confidence, independent action, initiative, a sense of urgency and the ability to make decisions and take responsibility for them, ensuring we meet client expectations with a high level of customer satisfaction.

**What We Need**
- You are proactive, can work at a faster pace than average, highly organised and strong communicator whilst building stable and collaborative working relationships
- Outstanding customer relationship attributes and a strong customer service focus
- Intermediate Word, Intermediate Excel skills and the ability to effectively navigate computer software
- Robust organisational and time management skills meeting reporting and administration job requirements
- People management experience with coaching, recruitment, disciplinary processes and performance management
