We are looking for a Site Supervisor to join our fast paced, fun and high caliber Tauranga team

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The glue that holds everything together, the site supervisor coordinates operations and oversee the team members on location. As the point of reference for both the team and our clients, they are the key person for the completion of a project, favouring safety over everything else.

Duties/Responsibilities:

- Managing and directing staff onsite during marquee set ups.
- Responsible for onsite procedures and Health and Safety.
- Direct onsite contact with clients.
- Reporting back to Operations Manager of any issues to do with gear or logistics
- Resolve problems when they arise.
- Ensure the final setup is per client requirements and that normal LL Hire standards of service are maintained.

Requirements and Skills:

- Proven experience as site supervisor
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven problem-solving abilities
- Physically fit and able
- Can do attitude
- Dependability
- Available to work extended hours

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
