**PAK n SAVE Upper Hutt **is seeking applicants for a Service Deli & Seafood Manager.

We are looking for a passionate foodie with ambition and drive to provide an excellent Deli and Seafood offering to our community. With a focus on providing high quality Delicatessen and fresh Seafood, we pride ourselves on having a well presented and serviced offer, as well as convenient and “grab and go” foods.

You will be well organized, committed, and enthusiastic. You can adapt easily and have a proven background in food retail and customer service. You will be approachable, friendly, and able to make high quality decisions easily. Dealing with multiple external and internal stakeholders, you will be professional in every interaction as a representative of the business. You will have proven experience in leading a team and strong communication skills. The role will at times, require you to be flexible with your availability, with the expectation of working one day in the weekend.

In this role, you will be responsible for achieving the set KPI and financial targets as agreed upon. You will order for both departments using SAP and ensure that the inventory and stock levels are kept current. You will facilitate staff training and ensure that your team are kept up to date with the latest information. You will have an understanding of the Food Control Plan and Safety & Wellbeing and be able to actively manage these in the departments. You will manage your own staff roster and annual leave requests.
