Working closely with the Department Manager the key responsibilities are:

- Oversee daily operations of the Service Deli, ensuring the highest standards of customer service.
- Manage a team of dedicated deli staff, providing guidance and fostering a positive work environment.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper handling of fresh produce.
- Implement and maintain health and safety standards in compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall store performance.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a deli environment.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting.
