**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform general office administrative duties, including filing, scheduling, and correspondence.
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally and efficiently.
- Input and manage data accurately in company systems.
- Assist in managing social media accounts (posting, engaging with followers, updating content).
- Support business operations with smart decision-making and problem-solving.
- Utilize knowledge of the restaurant industry to assist with related tasks.
- Maintain a high level of organization and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, customers, and vendors.
- Assist in other office tasks as needed.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Basic knowledge of computers, Microsoft Office, and data entry software.
- Experience with social media platforms is a plus.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations is preferred but not required.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
