**Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity**

We are looking for a highly motivated pharmacist for our newly established Clinical Pharmacy Tutor role. This exciting position has been established to facilitate the teaching of relevant up to date clinical practice into the undergraduate pharmacy programme at University of Auckland School of Pharmacy and support staff development at Te Toka Tumai. The Clinical Pharmacy Tutor will be expected to teach into the BPharm course; support experiential learning placements within Te Toka Tumai; facilitate workplace based learning for clinical pharmacy staff within Te Toka Tumai (including support colleagues to develop their teaching skills) and provide a high level, comprehensive and professional clinical pharmacy service to a specified group of patients.

This is a permanent, full time position, working Monday to Friday.

**Nga Pūkenga Motuhake | Important Skills**

This role will suit an enthusiastic pharmacist with a passion for training, who already has a demonstrated ability to develop others and at least three years’ experience in a clinically focused pharmacy role. You should show drive, energy and initiative, and excellent communication and organisational skills are essential. The successful applicant should have the ability to be flexible, work well in a team and display a facilitative approach to teaching. Training and support will be given to further develop teaching skills.
