Our Auckland Ground Engineering Team is looking to hire a **Senior Associate Engineering Geologist **to provide solutions for complex problems. Under the guidance of experienced Principals and Senior Principals, the Engineering Geologist will be taking the lead on projects and proposals, they will also be providing input to project designs, tender bids and other marketing activities.
Specific aspects of this position will require you to manage bid processes, win, and deliver work and take a role in coaching, mentoring, and developing new and existing team members, including the promotion of knowledge sharing and technical excellence in Engineering Geology.

**Here’s What You’ll Need**:
- Degree in Geology/ Engineering geology or related discipline
- Experience in the design and construction environment with ground interpretation and other design skills.
- Experience working in a geotechnical team environment
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- A comprehensive understanding of HSEC requirements and industry approaches
- A current driver’s licence
