Our Auckland Regional Distribution Centre is the largest DC we have in Aotearoa and plays a key role in making kiwis lives a little better everyday. Our team collectively does the mahi behind the scenes to deliver over a million cartons per week to our supermarket shelves right across the country.

**Our Job
Joining our Warehouse Operator team you'll be responsible for picking orders to keep our Countdown supermarkets stocked and our customers happy.

In this physically active role you’ll use voice pick technology whilst operating a motorised pallet carrier, working in an environment where our customers and team always come first.

We’re passionate about developing our people so rest assured we’ll provide you with extensive and ongoing training to ensure you leave safely after every shift, as well as grow and develop your career.

**Am I suitable?
To be successful in these positions ideally you will already have experience in a warehouse environment, you will need to have strong communication skills, a high level of physical fitness, to be reliable and be an outstanding team player. You’ll have excellent attention to detail when it comes to order accuracy and quality and will endeavor to carry out responsibilities from a health and safety perspective.

We would love it if you already had experience in a picker/packer role, or if you already hold a valid Pallet truck license, however, if you have a passion for quality customer service and a solid work ethic we would love to hear from you. With the right attitude, we are always happy to train new team members.

You'll need the right to work in New Zealand and to be happy to complete a Ministry of Justice and ACC pre employment report, and Drug and medical assessment as part of the recruitment process.
