Warehouse Storeman – Auckland Airport | Global Freight Forwarder

What You'll Be Doing

• Process and receipt incoming airfreight manifests with accuracy and attention to detail
• Manage manifests and consignments (approx. 90% of the role) and organise outgoing freight
• Communicate with customers professionally via phone and email
• Pick, pack, and dispatch orders efficiently
• Handle inwards/outwards goods and support loading/unloading of trucks
• Assist with devanning containers (around 10% of duties)
• Add value through continuous improvement and teamwork

What We're Looking For

• Previous warehouse experience within 3PL or freight forwarding (essential)
• Confident operating Counterbalance and Reach forklifts (single-deep)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, physically fit, safety-conscious, and able to work well in a team
• Proactive, organised, and able to work under pressure

Great to Have (Not Essential):

• Current or expired MPI AP Accreditation
• Experience working with manual manifest/paper-based systems

Role Requirements

• Full NZ Driver's Licence
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug test
• Solid reference from a supervisor or manager
