**The Company**

My client is one of the largest professional services firms operating all over the world. They work with other business all around New Zealand providing them with a host of services. They are currently on the lookout for an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join the wider finance team on a 3-month contract with the potential to go permanent. This is an office-based role located close to public transport links.

**The Role**

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for full function accounts receivable. Operating in this fast-paced environment where you will be a key player, you will have the opportunity to make this role your own.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Generating and sending invoices and ensuring information provided is accurate.
- Daily bank reconciliations and allocations of payments.
- A limited amount of credit control while ensuring to maintain the overall relationship with clients.
- Any addition adjustments or ad-hoc duties associated with the accounts receivable function.
- Managing queries both internally and externally.
- Ad-hoc tasks

**Skills & Experience**

We are on the lookout for an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer who has proven experience in a full function Accounts Receivable position, you will have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
