This exciting position exists to reduce the health impact of family violence on people in Tairawhiti. As an integral member of Hauora Tairawhiti team you will be passionate about coordinating a response to family violence in all clinical areas along with providing and helping to implement innovative strategies to address this social problem.
- The successful applicant will hold a tertiary qualification in nursing, social work or relevant equivalent with a current annual practising certificate. You will have proven experience working in the area of family violence and/or child protection, and health promotion and education. Excellent facilitation, oral and written communication skills are essential as is proven experience in managing relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
