**About the Role and Responsibilities**

Continental Cars - Audi is looking for an experienced Service Adviser to manage customer requirements for service and repair in an efficient and courteous manner to ensure the highest standard of Customer Service. To organise the loading of the workshop in an efficient manner to ensure efficient utilisation of workshop capacity. To carry out customer follow-up and prospecting activities to maintain and build the volume of work within the workshop. To accurately prepare and cost customer invoices to Group Standards.

To be successful in this role, you must:

- Have proven, current experience in a similar role
- Be Impeccable time management and organisational skills
- Excellent computer literacy and experience with inhouse systems
- Have a passion for customer service
- Have Filing and Administration tasks skills
- Have an eagerness to learn
- Have a clean full driver's license
