Typical responsibilities include food preparation, customer service, and sanitation. Team members clean between customers, such as clearing tables and sanitizing food preparation areas. Members of the team should also be adaptable in terms of their work schedule availability, as nights, weekends, and holidays may be required. This position requires excellent collaboration and communication skills.

**Team Member Responsibilities**
- Extend a warm welcome and direct customers, if necessary, to a seat or a standing area where they can place an order
- Follow cooking instructions, safety precautions, and sanitary regulations as you prepare food with the kitchen team
- Make specialized hot and cold beverages using kitchen appliances like ice cream dispensers, blenders, and espresso makers
- Clear tables, return trays to the kitchen, sweep and mop floors, wash and sanitize cooking utensils, and maintain bathrooms each day to make sure the restaurant is clean
- Respond to complaints and issues from customers in a polite and professional manner in accordance with restaurant policy

**Team Member Requirements**
- Prior food service industry experience is highly desired
- Must have a strong focus on putting the guest first with exceptional customer service experience
- Displays impeccable time management and organizational skills
- Show excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers
- Must Be New Zealander

**Salary**: $25.00 - $29.66 per hour
