The Electric Bike Team (EBT) Auckland store was established in 2016 and is thriving. We have a mission to turn Auckland into a city on two wheels.

Situated at the entrance to the Light Path / Te Ara i Whiti aka The Pink Cycle Path, we have the best range of e-bikes in the country. Our team is passionate about the life changing benefits of using e-bikes and the positive effect this has on the community.

We are excited to add team members. Full time, part time and casual positions are also available.

Working alongside a motivated and experienced team you will be responsible for helping our customers find the right electric bicycle for them by:

- Listening to customers' needs and aspirations
- Maintaining excellent knowledge on our product range
- Taking customers on test rides
- Making sales of e-bikes and related accessories
- Following up on customer enquiries
- Seeking out and following up on referrals
- Maintaining the store and showroom including merchandising tasks, ordering, entering bills, waste management and stocktaking
- Helping with marketing efforts including events

Experience in the bike industry is not required. However, experience with using and encouraging others to use bikes/e-bikes will be seen a strong advantage.

Full time, part time and casual positions are available. In most cases, some weekend work will be required.
