At NZ Police our ICT group plays a vital role in supporting front-line policing by delivering innovative, reliable and secure digital technology and communications solutions. As a key member of the Investment Performance team within Police ICT, you will play a crucial role in enabling data-driven decision-making and supporting strategic outcomes. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical capability, financial acumen and a continuous improvement mindset. This is a dynamic role where your insights will directly contribute to the effectiveness of Police ICT. **Key Accountabilities**: - Deliver high quality data analysis and performance reporting that provides clear insights and enables ICT leaders and product teams to make informed decisions - Develop and maintain tools such as dashboards and metric-driven reports that monitor vendor performance, products costs and service delivery effectiveness - Provide professional and technical guidance across the ICT group, supporting business planning and fostering a culture of shared accountability - Drive continuous improvement by regularly reviewing and refining processes, identifying opportunities to streamline operations and ensuring systems like ServiceNow and Sentient meet evolving needs **He aha taau e kawe mai | What you'll bring** Whilst we are looking for skills, knowledge and experience relevant to the role, we also place high importance on your state of mind, the alignment of your values with ours, your ability to contribute to high performing teams, and the way that you lead yourself or others.
