We are seeking to employ a Planner to join our team in Hamilton

**About the Role**

This is an exciting role focused on ensuring the effective and correct utilisation of staff and all other resources related to the area’s contracts and/or projects.

This role will work closely with various team members including Contract and Project Managers

To be successful in this role, you will need to maintain a planning regime ensuring all activities are planned and scheduled within both client and Ventia systems. Ensuring resource plan is kept up to date and reporting on planning function to the Operational Manager.

You will be liaising with a variety of support staff to assist with the responsibilities of the position.

This is an office based, administration-focused role that does not participate in callout rosters.

You will be expected to work onsite for the first few months of your employment to allow proper training and induction then can go into a hybrid and flexible set up once you have become comfortable and confident in your role.

**About You**

Your strong customer focus and ability to be work collaboratively with the field supervisors, management team, and client are also key to your success in this role.
