Admin Support Worker

Waikato’s Electrical Company is seeking to hire Admin and Support person to join their team.
As an Admin and Support person your responsibility will include Providing quotes for electrical work, Sites visits and on-site to the team. The job requires at least 30 hours of work per week.
- Site visits in Waikato for electrical quotes,
- Providing quote to the clients
- Managing inventory for stock management
- Pick up stock from supplier and delivering to sites
- Support Electrician and other team on sites
- Maintain basic accounting system for reporting
- Cleaning up worksites
- Working in multiple work locations in Waikato
- Physically fit
- Strong computer background
- Accounting knowledge for reporting
- Reliable transport
- computer savvy and able to learn new systems quickly.
- Customer focus with a talent for planning and problem solving.
- Able to work in hard weather conditions.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test Reliability and a good work ethic.
- Ability to follow instructions, and work in a team environment.
- Have a clear criminal record.
