**About the role**
**Note: This is a fixed term role covering maternity leave**
As part of our Hamilton based Scheduling team, your day will see you supporting our OnGas Depots, as you plan and schedule the deliveries of our gas cylinders nationwide.
You will manage workflow and error-queues by prioritizing tasks and resolving issues.
You will work closely with our depot leaders, regional managers and external parties, ensuring smooth end-to-end outcomes for our customers. You will also provide support to our Customer Service Team where required.

This is an opportunity to join a positive and hardworking team. Specific industry experience is not required, just a real willingness and ability to learn. You enjoy process driven functions and working in a close team environment, where fun and hard work go hand in hand. Excellent communication skills are a given as you will be working with a diverse range of people while making real time decisions within operational guidelines.
Able to think on your feet, with proven problem-solving skills, you’re organised and enjoy working to tight timeframes. You understand the value of internal relationships and enjoy being part of a fast-paced, experienced team
We need someone with personal resilience and excellent communication skills, a general aptitude for computer systems, who is adaptable and enjoys the responsibility of making things happen.
