You'll be working to help Clients be recruited into industries such as tech, hospitality, construction, call centres and more. This is an outstanding opportunity for a confident business development person, who has exceptional marketing and promotion skills with strong business networks in the Auckland South region. You'lll champion the voice of our clients by promoting their skills to employers. What will you be doing? - Contacting businesses to understand the type of employees and skills they're looking for - Connecting clients with suitable, sustainable and meaningful work - Finding new opportunities for working partnerships - Organising and scheduling interviews and recruitment drives As the face of our organisation, using your influence and networks, you'll be approaching employers in the Auckland South region promoting our products and services as well as individual job seekers and matching them with suitable employment opportunities. You will also represent clients by selling their skills to employers across a range of industries and building long term professional relationships with them. You'll be working alongside Case Managers and other service centre staff to ensure sustainable employment outcomes for clients.
