The Secondment/Fixed-Term roles with specific sites and locations to be discussed during the interview. You will have the agility to navigate and pursue professional working relationships within the community, building rapport with local businesses and partners to support the local labour workforce in creating sustainable outcomes. Your primary responsibility is sourcing vacancies and placing clients into these roles so, you'll need to be a real "people person" with excellent communication ability relating to our clients and employers.
