Join the market leader in providing 24-hour alarm monitoring services extending to all parts of New Zealand. We offer guaranteed responses to all aspects of asset security - whether protecting your home, your business or a welfare alarm for your people. The scenarios are endless.

We monitor all types of alarms all across NZ, from your standard intruder alarms, all the way through to multi-million-dollar environmental alarm's. We are doing more than just protecting people's businesses and homes here, we're also saving lives by means of medical & panic alarm monitoring.

We currently have 3 positions available now, ready for immediate start:
**Position 1 - Weekend Role (Part-time)**
Week 1 - Sunday 4pm - 12am (8hrs)

Week 2 - Saturday 9am - 12pm (3hrs), Sunday 4pm - 12am (8hrs)

Total - 19 hours per fortnight

**Position 2 - Evening/Weekend Role (Part-time)**
Week 1 - Saturday 6pm - 9pm (3hrs), Wednesday 6pm - 9:30pm (3.5hrs sick leave cover)

Week 2 - Saturday 6pm - 9pm (3hrs), Sunday 5pm -10pm (5hrs), Wednesday 6pm - 9:30pm (3.5hrs sick leave cover)

Total - 11 hours plus 7 hours sick leave cover

**Position 3 - Evening/Weekend Role (Part-time)**
Week 1 - Tuesday 6pm - 10pm (4hrs), Sunday 6pm - 9pm (3hrs), Saturday 4pm - 10pm (6hrs sick leave cover)

Week 2 - Saturday 8am - 4pm (8hrs), Sunday 6pm - 9pm (3hrs)

Total - 18 hours plus 6 hours sick leave cover

**_We are looking for people that have:_**
- Basic computer skills with at least an average typing speed of 30+ words per minute
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal, with good spelling and grammar
- Ability to multitask, problem solve & look outside of the square.

Your strong customer service and administrative skills will hold you in good stead to breeze through the administrative aspects of this role. **We love**impeccable, clear communication skills and the ability to converse seamlessly with people of different backgrounds. The ability to stay calm under pressure is essential as an Alarm Monitoring Operator as you will be actioning signals such as Panic, Burglary, Fire & Medical (to name a few).
