**The Role**
As an **Ambassador Representative**, you'll play a vital role in making every visitor feel welcome, informed, and inspired. Your mission includes:

- Delivering outstanding hospitality (manaakitanga) and exceeding customer expectations.
- Sharing your expert knowledge of our products, services, and the local area to create unforgettable experiences.
- Assisting visitors with queries, ensuring their safety, and providing helpful local information.
- Supporting the Customer Service team to meet performance goals, with a focus on health and safety.
- Playing an active role in ensuring the health and safety of our **manuhiri** (visitors), including guiding traffic to ensure safe parking and flow.

**What We're Looking For**
We're seeking someone who:

- Is passionate about showcasing the hidden gems of the Waitomo area.
- Brings strong customer service skills and thrives on delivering memorable experiences.
- Has a positive, outgoing personality and excellent communication skills.
- Is detail-oriented, professional, and able to manage time effectively.
- Works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

**What You'll Need**
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service (tourism experience is a bonus).
- Flexibility to work on a 7-day rotating roster.
- A strong work ethic, resilience, and the ability to work unsupervised.
- A genuine commitment to health and safety practices.
