- Building & ConstructionHDD Team Leader/Foreman wanted for directional drilling specialist. Immediate start leading a small crew.

**The Company**
Founded back in the 90s, this company have grown and diversified their service over the years. Now they are specialists within all areas of civil construction including directional drilling and pipe work. This is a company that genuinely value their people - team culture is everything to them. The team consists of people who are friendly and reliable, but also have a laugh and support each other.
**The Role**

Core responsibilities are:

- Operating the drill to safely install services
- Lead a small crew of operators/drillers/labourers
- Support ground crew with ad hoc labouring as required
- Encourage, support and communicate effectively with the crew
- Complete all required paperwork and conduct routine maintenance checks on plant
- Monthly H&S reporting

**Skills and Experience**
Aside from practical experience, we are looking for leaders who can
**motivate** and
**develop** their crew. To be considered for this role, you must have/be:

- **Class 1 full essential**:

- **WTR desirable**:

- Pass a **pre-employment drug test**:

- Experience operating a hydrovac truck within civil construction is advantageous
