We are looking for an E-Commerce Specialist who has a natural can-do attitude, outstanding communication skills and ability to be collaborative and solutions focused. We’re fast paced so we’re looking for someone that is nimble and thrives through change.

You’ll have previous retail e-commerce experience and you’ll be able to take technical concepts and explain these in a way that resonates with stakeholders across our business. Juggling will be second nature to you, you’ll love a deadline even when they move, and data drives your decision making.

**Job Purpose**:
The E Commerce Specialist is responsible for the following key areas within the marketing team:

- The on-going development of the e-commerce platform in conjunction with the E-Commerce and Digital Marketing Manager
- Strategic planning and implementation of SEO/SEM/CRO
- Marketing insights and analysis
- The analysis and reporting of all channels (digital and traditional) for major campaigns including publications, store events and website performance

**Skills, Knowledge and Experience**:

- 3 + years of experience in a similar role
- Experience managing integrated web projects
- Experience developing and overseeing digital marketing strategies
- Excellent understanding of web design and web analysis
- Strong marketing and tech background
- Understanding and experience of: UX, CRO, SEM, Advanced Retail, Ontempo, MaxCommerce and Google Analytics
- Expert knowledge in digital marketing channels such as PPC, SEO, display and affiliate marketing channels and social platforms
- Deep knowledge of attribution modelling, website speed optimisation, A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey optimisation, traffic analysis and reporting tools
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work independently using your own initiative
- Degree level in E-Commerce/Digital Marketing or equivalent
