We seek an enthusiastic, talented, well-presented receptionist/administrator with outstanding customer service skills to work in our National Support Office. Help us deliver high standards, build strong customer partnerships, both internally and externally.
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
- Greet, sign in and announce or escort all visitors to appropriate meetings
- Answering all incoming calls and co-ordinate, supplying information or relaying messages
- Set up meeting rooms, organise food and beverages
- Organising national travel and accommodation
- Stock and restock NSO stationery
- Co-ordinate branded stationery orders as needed
- Collect, open and distribute mail each day
- Arrange couriers where appropriate
- Manage the visitor car parks
- Provide administrative assistance to GM HR/ National HR Manager
- Co-ordinate training log/registry / data entry and arrange materials for L&D
- Assist the Executive Assistant and Business Support Coordinator as needed
**Key skills & experience required**:
- A friendly first impression for internal and external customers
- A strong administration background
- Ability to organise, prioritise and manage time
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Microsoft Office expert, including Teams
- Accurate data entry skills and excellent attention to detail
- Compliance to Health and Safety work practices
- A positive attitude and drive to succeed
