WineWorks is seeking an experienced Team Leader who can lead a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will be joining an experienced group of Team Leaders, collaboratively running our five contract bottling lines.

This is a permanent fulltime, salaried position, working within the hours of 5.00pm to 5.00am, predominantly four days per week. It is expected that you will work around a 45-hour week and the right person for the role can expect to negotiate a highly competitive salary.

**What we need from you**:

- Previous experience working in a production environment would be an advantage, however not necessary for someone with the right attitude and leadership experience
- Thorough understanding of workplace health and safety
- A drive for results and improvement focused
- Share our passion for upskilling people and invest time into supporting the manager and other Team Leaders, to develop high performing teams
- A clear and positive communicator who can ensure relevant information is passed on to the team
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to delegate work tasks, plan resources and support the team to meet deadlines.
- Resilient under pressure and a great problem solver
- Committed to leading your own personal development, with a view to progressing to a management role in the future.
