As a Cafe Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our cafe. Your primary duties will include supervising staff, maintaining quality standards, and maximizing customer satisfaction. You will be accountable for managing inventory, ordering supplies, and monitoring budgets. Additionally, youll handle customer inquiries and feedback, resolving any issues promptly. Leading by example, youll train and motivate the team to deliver exceptional service and uphold cleanliness standards. Your expertise in organizing events and promoting the cafe through marketing initiatives will contribute to its growth and success. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential to excel in this role.

**Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following**:

- Delivering excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Motivating the team to meet objectives by training and mentoring staff.
- Creating business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability. Hiring, training, and overseeing new staff.
- Responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Ensuring store compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Developing and arranging promotional material and in-store displays.
- Preparing detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profits.
- Undertaking store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records.
- At least 3 years work experience in relevant industry
- Able to work independently as well as a team
- Working under pressure
- Positive attitude and good work ethic
- Be physically fit

Minimum hours per week : 30 Hours

Maximum hours per week : 40 Hours
