We are seeking an experienced manager to run the day-to-day operations of this fast-paced retail environment. As a Centre Manager, you will be involved in a variety of tasks, most importantly leading the team to maximise their service performance through driving good customer outcomes.
In this highly product and service focussed environment, your previous leadership experience will help you coach, motivate and inspire your team to achieve their goals. It is critical to the success of this role and the Centre team that you are a highly motivated and 'hands on' manager who is willing to learn every aspect of the business in order to gain the respect of your people and lead from the front.
Make no mistake - This role is all about LEADERSHIP
Coaching and developing your team through effective conversational and proven sales management processes will ensure you and your team deliver the Centre expected KPIs and allow everyone to share in the rewards that success brings.
Your previous experience in a proactive sales and service, customer focused environment such as retail, insurance or the banking sector, will ensure you succeed in this position.
