This public sector agency is looking for experienced Executive Assistant to join their evolving and dynamic organisation on a temporary basis. This is a great opportunity to hit the ground running, share your knowledge and experience, and become a valued member of the team where continuous improvement is at the forefront of all they do.
**About the Role**:
Reporting directly to the Deputy Chief Executive, you will be responsible for providing executive-level administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the office, helping the DCE make informed decisions and manage their workload effectively.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Diary management including scheduling meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
- Acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Drafting and reviewing correspondence, reports and presentations
- Coordinating and preparing for meetings, including the distribution of agendas and action points
- Undertaking project research and analysis as required
- Exercising judgement and initiative to ensure priorities are met
**About you**:
You will be a proactive and innovative administrative professional with a strong track record of supporting senior members. You will be highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will also have:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to build and maintain effective relationships with a range of stakeholders
- Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach using great initiative
- The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with tact and discretion
- You may be an EA now, ready for that next step up to support a member of the Executive Leadership Team.
