**_About the role:_**

As a Dispatcher, you are responsible for supervising the Drivers to ensure they have well prioritized their pickup and deliveries, so that all the jobs are professionally completed according to the schedule. You are also responsible for freight management in the depot and to ensure all full consignments are “delivered in full and on time” (DIFOT).

**_Key Responsibilities:_**
- Carrying out your work as outlined in the company training modules, operations manual, policies, rules, standards and procedures.
- Working in a helpful, friendly and polite manner, when dealing with customers and others.
- Wearing the correct uniform and PPE that is supplied for the tasks you are doing, and to take care of them and your appearance so you represent Fliway professionally.
- Being responsible for daily checks on the vehicle in your care.
- Being responsible for a heavy trade vehicle and required actions involved in the pickup and delivery of the freight requiring one or more persons.
- Performing all functions in a safe manner.
- Completing all run paperwork / scanning correctly and on time.

**_What you Bring:_**
- Previous Dispatch experience and proven capability in managing drivers
- Computer literate - Microsoft Office and GPS related telematics system
- Good numerical and analytical ability
- Great customer service skills.
- Full Class 1 license Minimum
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Punctual and reliable
- Strong Focus on Health and Safety
- Problem Solving skills
- Good Geographical Knowledge
