Are you a Graphic Designer? In this role, you will have the opportunity to deliver creative layout and communication design solutions across a diverse client portfolio. Through a consultative approach, you will advise teams on the best way to tell the story and pitch through visual mediums, layout and design to ultimately help the team win work and to be able to deliver beautiful spaces for our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Working with the pursuits team on the production of proposals, presentations and other business winning presentations and documents (including digital)
- Advising the client partnership team in the best approach to presenting each client response to tell a story
- Developing graphically compelling materials
- Bringing new design/layout ideas to the table, including advanced visualization technologies
- Working as part of the team to manage the ongoing update of materials in the bid library and drive brand consistency
- Contributing to the development of a high performance, innovative team environment
- Collaborating across disciplines, regions and studios

Your experience:

- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field (desirable)
- 2 - 3 years' experience in a corporate environment, ideally in a creative industry such as architecture, design or construction; including experience with event, exhibition and product design
- Experience coordinating and designing client presentations and proposals that visually communicate information, data and client strategy; including with experience in 3D visualization (modelling and rendering) and Virtual Reality
- Development of content and collateral that promote the firm's value proposition
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, in particular InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to create digital proposals and videos; including experience in UX/UI
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Strong organisational skills with a demonstrated eye for layout and design
- Highly organised with the ability to multi-task effectively and work under pressure
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
