This is an awesome opportunity to be a key member of our in-house studio helping to deliver the marketing and promotional programme for Mitre 10. The **Graphic Designer** will be responsible for creating effective, integrated design solutions that result in an engaging brand experience across all touchpoints.

Reporting to the **Regional Marketing Manager,** your key areas of involvement will include:

- Conceptualising, designing, and producing content across a variety of mediums, aligned with the marketing strategy and visual identity guidelines
- Creation of printed and digital advertising (brochures, posters, html5 banners, social content, motion graphics, print media and more)
- Design brand guideline documents and other templates for internal use
- Edit graphics and photos using pixel or bitmap editing, airbrushing, masking, or image retouching
- Liaising with advertising agencies and other partners to co-ordinate production as required
- Check proofs at all stages and make necessary corrections, maintaining contact with all involved parties to sign off
- Balance studio production workload to ensure smooth throughput of jobs to meet deadlines

To be able to step into this new role, we’re looking for**:

- A passion to convey our brand through graphic design
- Relevant graphic design qualification
- 2 + years graphic design experience, preferably in retail
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator on a Mac and Microsoft environment, including competency in MS Word and Powerpoint
- Experience in utilising Apple Mac operating systems to produce print ready material
- A creative thinker who enjoys working collaboratively
- A portfolio of work that showcases your highly creative and imaginative style, with an eye for detail and dedication to accuracy
