**Vac U Digga** is New Zealand’s leading hydro excavation specialist. Hydro is what we do — and we’ve spent **18 years in civil construction** and **10 years in research and development** perfecting it.

**The Role**:
As a **Hydro Excavation Operator**, you’ll be getting hands-on every day — operating high-pressure water and vacuum systems to safely break up and remove soil, working carefully around underground utilities, and keeping New Zealand’s infrastructure safe and sound.

This is **a physical, fast-paced, and highly rewarding role** where no two days are ever the same. You’ll be outdoors, working as part of a tight-knit team that’s all about getting the job done — safely and with a bit of banter along the way.
