**The Opportunity**
As a payroll finance specialist who enjoys complexity, look no further Our multinational, multi-jurisdiction payrolls will present variety and scope. Add in the internal and inter-company variables and you can be assured it’s not a routine payroll environment.
With the implementation of Beca’s new payroll system, additional senior support is required to support the Payroll Manager, including as a backfill resource for business-as-usual payroll processing while members of our payroll team are involved in new systems training. You’ll have the opportunity to share your expertise while continually building on your own experience, including supporting the imminent technology change. This is an exciting time for the team and the business.
**About you**
You’ll be experienced in significant-sized end-to-end payroll delivery - if you have experience with multi-jurisdictional payrolls (especially Australia and the Pacific) even better You’re curious and enthusiastic to proactively upskill, remaining current and sharing knowledge in employment-related policy and regulations. You thrive on the value you and your team will contribute to our people, ensuring timelines are met and accuracy is assured.
