**A bit about the role**:
The role is managing a small team of specialists along with Agricultural, Industrial and Earthmover products. The position plays a pivotal role in both maintaining existing business relationships and driving new business opportunities throughout New Zealand.

**This role takes responsibility for**:

- Ensuring that the sales revenue budget and gross margins are achieved
- Managing two Specialty Tyres Account Managers based in other areas
- Developing relationships with new target customers to grow market share
- Providing technical advice and evaluating product performance
- Assisting with the development and implementation of promotional activity and industry events

**To be successful in this role, you **should have**:

- Experience in managing key customer accounts and develop new business and market share
- Tyre industry knowledge will be beneficial but not a pre-requisite
- An aptitude for technical specifications together with a proven track record of achieving sales
- A positive and enthusiastic approach
- Good Microsoft Office skills primarily Word, Excel and Outlook
