Our client is an integrated creative agency with offices in Auckland and Sydney. Serving up award-winning campaigns through strategy, creative, PR, digital, social and experiential, they are on the hunt for a talented Senior Producer to join their agency based in Kingsland, Auckland.
This role is working alongside a global marketing and events organisation that the agency has partnered with to deliver integrated campaigns to clients who want work that moves their brand and business forward with purpose.
With a minimum eight years’ experience in events, hospitality, theatre or live entertainment, 4+ years’ experience in an Event Producer / Manager role and experience managing a mid-sized team, with a strong understanding of conflict resolution and team management, you will have extensive experience in client relations and management, a decisive mind and process / approach and excellent attention to detail. You will bring excellent supplier relations and knowledge and have and strong knowledge and understanding of the events industry including - Content and digital asset development, campaign management, venues, technical & AV, production design and working with creative consultants. You will be a proven project manager and totally buttoned down with budget and logistics.
Team leadership is a key part of this role, managing junior team members through positive and exemplary leadership, undertaking performance reviews, annual appraisals and development meetings and providing guidance on best practice to production team members through regular project meetings by providing thought leadership, creative influencing and direction, logístical and technical advice and quality control on all of the team’s outputs.
You will lead the creative development of project proposals with the production team, creative and strategy teams to ensure creative output is of the highest standards.
