**PRODUCE MANAGER**

- _Are you a current 2IC looking for a change of Department/Store?_

We are seeking an individual who will have commitment to excellence and strong organisational and communications skills. They will also display high presentation standards, honesty and an excellent work ethic. If successful, you will be responsible for the planning and coordinating all facets of the operations of the Department and ensuring staff are well trained to provide the best overall shopping experience for their customers. Ideally this role will suit a current 2IC in a smaller store or a senior team member in a produce department.

To do this we require you to have:

- Previous experience in a supermarket within the produce department
- Previous supervisory skills/ experience
- Experience using SAP (an advantage)
- Strong organisational skills
- Skills in problem solving and thinking outside the square
- An eye for detail and pride in your work while passing this onto your staff
- Previous ordering experience and product knowledge/ merchandising
